All About The Food: Salmon

Last week I posted about part one of the dinner we had, which was a rib roast. This week you get to see part two of dinner, which was the salmon. This dish is a personal favorite of mine. We don’t have any leftovers whenever Stephanie makes this. When she shared the recipe with me, I couldn’t believe how little steps there were! I wonder why we don’t have this all the time!

All About The Food:  Salmon

Place salmon in baking dish – add some soy sauce and water.
Add splash of oil.
Mince and finely chop a few cloves of garlic and ginger and spread on top of salmon.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees until fish is done.
