This one is a classic. Tasty and simple. Try it on rice, you’ll love it!
Beef with Tomatoes
Slice beef. Marinate with soy sauce, sesame oil, and corn starch.
Cut few slices of ginger and smash one clove of garlic.
Cut up tomatoes into wedges and set aside.
Stir fry beef with ginger and garlic in some oil.
Remove beef from pan.
Add tomatoes to pan to cook.
While tomatoes are cooking, put some corn starch on bowl with cold water.
Add to tomatoes to make a gravy.
Stir often – gravy will thicken.
Once the gravy begins to bubble, shut off fire.
Add beef back into pan with tomatoes and mix together.
Add oyster sauce to taste.
